And I know that the value of the dollar keeps going down but 3.00 tax on a pizza just seemed a bit high, so I opted to go and order like the good old days in person at the counter and bam 9.39, asked the guy working there and he was more than polite and said online ordering does that for some reason. From the first moment walking through the door you can tell that this location is well kept, sanitized, organized, and maintained with the highest of standards. Following that you are met with the utmost professional kind caring staff members that Ive ever had the ability to interact with. The team members at this location clearly know their product and have a passion for what they do. Personally Ive never been a fan of Papa Johns Pizza however the staff members at this location convinced me otherwise. I have to say that this quality is truly a rare experience. I dont know how to explain that when you take quality staff members who have a passion towards what they do the level of quality that comes out in the food products truly makes a difference. I suggest this location to anyone and everyone I know. The passion that the staff at this location has for the quality of their service and product stands above all else. “ I dont make reviews often but tonight was a really nice experience and I wanted to let them know. I called and ordered a couple of pizzas late tonight and I believe he said his name was Sorin? Shlorem? Anyways, he was helpful and most importantly genuinely kind. He gave us a great recommendation I would have never thought to order originally Im glad I did, we really liked it. I could tell they were really busy and it seemed like it was just him but he still had a big smile on his face when I arrived and had my order ready to go. When I got there I realized I had completely forgot to order the kids pizza on the phone and said it was no problem he would make it right away. Anyways it was a much different experience than Ive had from other pizza places that seem like they dont care and youre just a number. Even though it was a quick transaction I just wanted to express my gratitude. The food was quick, delicious, warm and totally worth breaking my diet for I will most definitely be going to that Papa Johns store from now on. ”

I accidently called to complain of a messed up pizza and it turns out I called the wrong location but he was nice enough to make it right even though it wasnt his location that messed up. Best customer service i have received in quite some time. The location by me is always messing everything up and refusing to fix it anyway.
